  Great staff all around. Good food at the catered work event. Only downside was the hotel style/decor. Very odd. Weird dance music blasting in the bathrooms as well. Whole place felt like a strange club, but I guess thats probably what they were going for.

  Great business hotel. Terrific amenities. Comfortable beds and world class customer service. You pay a premium for this hotel but it comes with its benefits.

  Physically one of the nicest hotels i have ever stayed at.
  
  However customer service was horrible. My breakfast was forgotten as well as a co-workers.
  In addition I had some packages being delivered, they never showed up, I inquired before checking out and was told they received nothing. The next morning I was called asking why I had not picked up my package that arrived earlier during my stay. Multiple attempts were made to forward it to the next hotel I was travelling to. I was promised call backs and confirmations and never received them. Every time i called they said they would look into it and call back. I did not receive and calls or other contact.
  
  In the end I never received the package and it has seemingly disappeared.
  
  I am extremely disappointed that a hotel of this caliber would have such poor service.

  One of the newest 4 star hotels in Edmonton located at the Edmonton international airport. Good customer service, trendy, spacious and quality rooms. Really quite rooms provided the location is at the airport and planes are landing and taking off through the day. Fitness room and swimming pool in addition to a decent lounge & bar. 5 minutes drive to Leduc area and it's shopping area. 15 minutes to South Edmonton Common outlet shopping stores. Parking is charged here.

  Went to the Halo restaurant. Had a large party of about 35 and staff were very friendly. With the large party, we did have some issues with service, but somewhat understandable. We also had our tickets for parking validated for free which was very nice. There were some issues with the parking validation such as the first time didn't work, but the second batch of parking validation worked fine. Again, the staff were super helpful, welcoming, and friendly!
